A familiar face in the community functions and the local scene, she appeared in several Philippine local TV shows and movies like Going Bananas and Lilac Films prior to immigrating to the US.  Her beauty is well known in the Fil-Am community, being crowned Mrs. Philippines- Illinois and Mrs. Asia Philippines.
